Step #1 - Get in touch

Send me a text message or call 613-799-7289. I’ll call you back and we will chat over the phone to book your initial private session / functional assessment.

Step #2 - Assessment (1 session)

This private sessions serves dual purpose.

First, it will serve as your initial assessment so we can establish your baseline level of fitness. We will test both your strength and function in all primary movers as well as get an idea of your overall respiratory and cardiac fitness level. We will discuss training goals and set some medium and long term targets.

Second, it’s a small financial commitment to see if this coaching relationship will be a good fit for us. If we are a good match, you like my space, and my coaching style we continue.

We decide together if the next step is to continue with private training or to graduate immediately to semi-private coaching. Many of my clients love to establish a base level of knowledge and fitness before joining a small group.

Step #3 - Join semi-private training

We establish a schedule and you come join semi-private sessions with a small group of clients and follow your personalized workouts. The semi-private sessions include a functional warm-up, resistance training exercises, and a metabolic conditioning workout.

Step #4 - Get FIT

Benefit from the accountability of both myself and your training partners. See your fitness level continuously increase by following your ever evolving training plan and monitoring your progress.
