Francois Leclerc

I have been working exclusively as fitness coach since 2009. During the past decade plus I have worked with hundreds if not thousands of individuals in various settings. I started as a personal trainer and found out quickly that I wanted to start my own gym which I opened in 2011.

Over the 10 years of gym ownership I worked over 20,000 hours perfecting my art of: designing workouts, coaching both groups and individuals, educating other coaches, and delivering client results. I always strive to offer the best training experience and give my clients excellent customer service.

Since 2020 I have shifted from a large commercial gym setting to offering remote coaching and now have created an exclusive personal training studio in Orleans. I offer private and semi private training sessions.

I continue to work mostly with clients new to resistance training and functional strength, but have worked with many athletes of national / international caliber.

Personally, I have been on a lifetime pursuit of training and fitness. Over the last 25 years I have had many successes and failures and am continuously learning and improving. I am, and forever will be a student and will continue to share my experience with others.
